After three months hard working,we finished the deep hole drilling macine manufactured for our India customer,who is used the machine for hydraulic cylinder industry.

The machine could bore hole max 350mm,length 7000mm. Both the job and tool could rotate. Deep hole processing sequence is: rough boring,fine boring and burnishing. Final surface roughness is Ra0.3Ra,customer is happy,boss is happy,the engineer is happy!
