1. T-slot worktable：Worktable size(X-axis x Z-axis）:1800mm x 2500mm. T-slot width: 28mm. It can be moved on the X-axis machine bed.

2. X axis:It controls the horizontal movement of the worktable; Double rectangular slide guide, guide rail surface through precision grinding and quenching treatment; The servo motor drives the ball screw through the servo reducer to realize the X axis movement ,CNC control. During the drilling process, the table is automatically locked to the X-axis bed by the hydraulic system. 

3. Y axis:It controls the vertical movement of the cutter tool,Double rectangular slide guide, guide rail surface through precision grinding and quenching treatment; The servo motor drives the ball screw through the servo reducer to realize the Y axis movement ,CNC control. During the drilling process, the lifting slide is automatically locked by the hydraulic system on the Y-axis column. Servo motor is with report gate alarm, It adopts a balance block to counterweight.

4. Z axis: The longitudinal feed of the tool is controlled by the numerical control system to meet the drilling depth of 3000 mm; the roller heavy-duty linear guide; the servo motor is used to drive the ball screw structure through the servo reducer.

5. Drill box(spindle box):After the servo motor is decelerated, the front drive spindle rotates, which is convenient for changing the tool and protecting the main motor. The spindle output speed can be steplessly regulated; the main motor power is 37kw; the maximum output speed of the spindle is 2000r/min. The gun drilling and the BTA drilling share a set of spindles.
