This machine is specifically designed for processing ring molds, featuring vertically mounted workpieces and multi-spindle column systems for versatile and efficient machining.

The CNC turret positions the workpiece vertically on its lifting pad, centrally surrounded by four identical column systems. Each column system includes two height-adjustable, spaced spindles on movable columns for versatile processing and efficient handling.

The column system comprises: column movement, two lifting slide tables, two drill rod boxes, and two guide frames.

Each is equipped with a cooling system consisting of an oil tank, variable frequency pump set, filter, and oil cooler.
