Use internal water outlet, interchangeable insert U-drill (also known as violent drill, fast drill), or twist drill (used for holes less than 15 mm in diameter) for shallow hole machining of rotary drums, and use special tools to complete orifice tapering machining.
The workpiece is vertically installed on the CNC rotary worktable and can be freely indexed. The two sets of tool systems are symmetrical about the workpiece, corresponding to two sets of independent tool feed systems.
Axes Control: CNC-controlled movement in vertical (Y) and longitudinal (Z) directions.
Protection & Guards: Features a fully enclosed main guard with double sliding doors and telescopic stainless steel guards on Y/Z axis rails.
Spindle: Equipped with an internal coolant-through function.
CNC & Drive: CNC system with power-off memory; utilizes high-rigidity, high-torque servo motors.
Chip Removal: Includes an automatic chain conveyor (width ≥500mm) with a leak-proof connection to the bed.
