CK611-T series machine tools are heavy-duty horizontal flat-bed CNC lathes, which can adopt CNC systems such as SIEMENS/FANUC/KND/GSK, and all-digital AC servo system. Turning main drive manual four-speed stepless speed change, the main motor is DC motor or AC servo motor, two linkage control. The Z-axis and X-axis of the machine tool with a center distance of 1-5M use a ball screw pair and an AC servo motor to achieve longitudinal and lateral movement, with good positioning and repeated positioning accuracy.

The main components and structures have been optimized and designed, and the stability and performance of the whole machine are excellent. Applicable to energy, chemical industry, light industry, electromechanical, papermaking, automobile industry and other industries. It has the characteristics of high precision, high power, high rigidity and high automation.

It is suitable for processing shaft, sleeve and disc parts. Such as turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, arc surfaces, end surfaces, grooving, chamfering, threading, etc., the process has strong adaptability, high processing efficiency, simple operation, and comprehensive functions, which can reduce the need for skilled workers. requirements, it is an ideal machining equipment.

1.The spindle of headstock adopt through-type structure,which is supported by high-precision double row cylindrical roller bearing, with high precision and good stability 

2. The spindle transmission is driven by AC spindle motor or DC motor,mechanical two-gears, speed stepless within gear, with wide speed range , good adaptability .

3. The machine bed adopts an integral three guide rail or integral four guide rail ,ground precisely,the surface of main guide rail is subject to medium frequency quenching treatment, hardness up to HRC50 .

4. The tailstock adopts upper and lower split structure,the mandrel inside of sleeve adopts high precision double row short cylindrical roller bearing with adjustable radial clearance ; The movement of sleeve and tailstock are motorized and equipped with a force measuring device.

5.The horizontal movements of tool turret adopts ball screw and high-precision rack and double tooth rod clearance-elimination structure is adopted for longitudinal movement, which improves the transmission accuracy of the tool turret .

6. The machine is equipped with walking platform and suspension type button station , convenient for operation .

7. The quantity of open-type and closed-type center rest can be equipped according to customer’s requirements.

8. This machine is equipped with SIEMENS 828D CNC system ,other brand CNC system is optional .

9. Double tool turret, milling and boring device,grinding device,chips conveyor, cutter cooling system etc. can be equipped according to customer’s requirements .

Machine bed width and guide quantity: Difference models has different machine bed width and swing diameter. According to the loading capacity,we will recommend different guides,we have two guide rails bed,three guide rails and four split guide rails.
