Drilling method: gun drilling method (external chip removal) and BTA method (internal chip removal).

Gun drilling method: cutting oil enters the cutting area through the spindle of the drill box and the bore of the tool, and is discharged with chips through the V-groove of the toolpost and the guide frame, and the oil is fed into the toolpost and the chips are discharged from the outside.

BTA drilling method, cutting oil is supplied into the tool through the gap between the oil pressure head, tool shank and hole wall, and discharged with chips through the inner hole of tool shank.

 Drilling range of gun drill: φ4-φ30mm

 BTA drilling range: φ25-φ101mm

 Drilling depth: 2000mm

 Milling: separate milling spindle, the milling spindle is mounted on the lifting slide (located above the drilling spindle); the milling spindle has an independent feeding system, which can control the axial travel of the milling spindle of 300mm; the milling spindle is controlled by a servo spindle motor, and the speed is infinitely speed-regulated.
