The layout of this machine tool is reasonable, and the core moving parts (rotation, reciprocating, and tool expansion) are all driven by servo and precision transmission, with good rigidity and high precision. Equipped with a comprehensive cooling filtration and protection system, and controlled by a stable CNC system as a whole, specially designed for high-precision honing of large deep hole parts.

1、 Overall layout

The machine tool is mainly composed of core components such as the base, worktable, spindle box, servo expanding tool system, column, guide frame, cooling system, and CNC system.

 The key large structural components (base, worktable, spindle box, column) are all castings to ensure rigidity.


2、 Brief description of each core part

1.  Base and Workbench :

The workbench can be servo moved forward and backward, making it easy to clamp workpieces.

The countertop is equipped with three jaw chuck  (standard), T-shaped groove, and center positioning hole for installing and fixing workpieces and fixtures.

The moving parts have steel protective covers to protect the guide rail and screw.


2.  Spindle and expanding tool system :


3. Column and reciprocating motion:

The column is fixed to the base, and its guide rail carries the spindle box for reciprocating motion.

The motion is driven by a servo system, using high-precision ball screws and equipped with an organ style protective cover.


4.  Guide frame :

Shared guide rail with spindle box, used for positioning and tightening the upper end of long workpieces, and providing guidance for honing tools.


5.  Cooling System :

Adopting external fuel injection cooling and above ground fuel tank structure.

Equipped with multi-stage filtration (magnetic roller+paper bag) to ensure the cleanliness of cutting fluid, providing lubrication, cooling, and chip removal functions.


6. Protection and Numerical Control :

Semi protective structure: prevents cutting fluid splashing and maintains a clean appearance.

Independent CNC electrical cabinet : Built in cooling, dust-proof and temperature control, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the system.
